My question for today is:
Do you count calories?
If so, what is the easiest way you have found? If not, why don't you?
I have counted calories throughout my life but have not done it
over the last couple of years recently. I listened to the audio CD out of this month's SUCCESS Magazine and the person featured in this month's SUCCESS Magazine is the Fitness Diva...Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser. She is on the audio CD talking about your body and mind and how they go so hand in hand. One of the most important things she said you can do to keep track of your weight is to count calories. I am going to start counting calories becuase I think it's rediculous that I am in a constant battle with my weight. I put a lot of energy into a lot of things but let one of the most important things, my own health, slip by.
I used to be a part of an awesome website called http://www.sparkpeople.com/ this is a free website that helps you manage what you eat, what you should eat, how much of it you can eat, etc. I am going to try to find an application for my cell phone so that I can track what I eat and the calories right in my phone.
I would love to hear any methods you have that work for you with calorie counting and keeping track of what you eat.
